Senior Project Manager

Terry has over 40 years’ experience in design, management, and construction where he has managed teams of professionals; planned, designed, directed and inspected construction/reconstruction of buildings, structures, public utilities, and transit systems; developed operating policies and procedures, directed day-to-day operations; and performed as technical liaison in the commercial, industrial, wastewater, nuclear, governmental and local city industries.  At CM Squared, Inc., Terry serves in a leadership role focused on large scale construction projects and cost estimating along with expert witness and litigation investigation support.  Terry holds multiple California licenses including building inspector, special inspector for structural steel & welding, special inspector for reinforced concrete, and special inspector for structural masonry.  When not working, Terry enjoys spending time with his three adult children.
