Our rich knowledge of the latest post-litigation repair design methods and material alternatives enables us to provide superior solutions for complex architectural and engineering challenges.  Our unique repair-design approach is well recognized industry-wide and has led to an over 80% customer retention rate.

In working to protect the association’s assets, we also create comprehensive reserve plans that ensure funding is in place to address all future needs for the maintenance, repair, restoration or replacement of major components in the community.
