Tad joined the CM Squared team in January of 2023. He recently served as the Regional Field Services Director for a large management firm and oversaw maintenance and construction teams throughout California, Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada, and Colorado. Tad loves being a part of the CM² team, and his experience working in multiple states aligns perfectly with our goals to expand into new markets in the coming years. As President, he leads business development, marketing, sales and client experience initiatives with an emphasis on enhancing customer outcomes.
