Shahrzad brings an academic pedigree to the team with a bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering and a master’s degree in construction management.  Her professional publications focus on Data Analytics and its benefits in the construction industry. Her paper titled “The Status Quo and Future Potentials of Data Analytics in AEC/FM: A Quantitative Analysis of Academic Research and Industry Outlook” has been published in the Construction Research Congress where she served as a speaker in New Orleans, Louisiana in 2018.

Most recently, her research study “An Analysis of the Synergistic Effect of Data Analytics and Technology Trends in the AEC/FM Industry” has been published in the Journal of Construction and Engineering.

Shahrzad is a certified LEED GA and has an OSHA certificate in construction safety and health. She is also an associate member of the American Society of Civil Engineers. With certifications in business applications and data analysis, Shahrzad uses data and technology to make business decisions that improve safety, productivity, and efficiency on construction projects.  Shahrzad ensures that CM Squared, Inc. stays current with construction developments.  In her free time, Shahrzad enjoys traveling and outdoor activities.
