With over 5 years’ experience in reserve and capital budget planning for Northern California properties, Ryan focuses on the analysis of client’s assets, along with their financial status, to effectively and efficiently forecast major component expenses, create strategic plans for proper maintenance and future fiscal success, and provide in-house training and development with the company’s reserve division.  Ryan holds the reserve specialist designation through Community Associations Institute (CAI) and is a certified professional reserve analyst through the Association of Professional Reserve Analysts (APRA).  Ryan is also a certified commercial building inspector. He is a graduate of San Jose State University with a degree in finance.  When he’s not working, Ryan can be found playing hockey, working on cars and trucks, or any number of adventurous outdoor activities including fishing, boating, wakeboarding, surfing, skiing and dirt biking.
