With over 30 years’ architecture and consulting expertise as a specialist in the HOA industry, Paul is an accomplished forensic architect recognized as a leader and authority in the field of construction defect investigation.  At CM Squared, Inc., Paul is focused on oversight of construction defect forensic investigations and testing, expert witness and litigation support, cost estimating, and determining repair methodology and scope.  Paul holds an architectural license in both California and Arizona, is a 3rd generation San Diegan, a high school baseball coach, and an avid weekend golfer.  And if that isn’t enough to keep him busy, you can still find him playing baseball in an adult league.
