PAT FALCONIO

Pat Falconio has more than 39 years of experience in the Construction industry, with 25 of those years focused on Common Interest Developments, CID’s. He has a proven track record of successfully managing multi-million-dollar projects from conception to completion. When it comes to keeping projects on time and on budget, Pat brings a critical eye and strong command, based upon his expertise as a Construction Manager.

He excels in working collaboratively, building partnerships with stakeholders, offers strong leadership and quality control management on every job. Pat conveys his main objective at CM² is “to give our customers value for their money and exceed their expectations. I am here to lead our construction team and accomplish these goals.” Pat earned his Business Degree from San Jose State University and has completed master’s degree course work in structural engineering.
