Jason joined CM Squared, Inc. with over 25 years' construction experience in building envelope components. He has produced estimates for over $160 million in multi-family structure construction along with completing repairs for over 20,000 occupied units. Jason is a valued expert in construction management, water intrusion investigation, building component failure, and design flaws. In addition, he is in the forefront of litigation support in the areas of cost estimating, building envelope consultation, expert mediation, preliminary defect reports and property condition assessments. When not working, you can find him spending time with his family, cooking, hiking, working on home projects and following his favorite team, the St. Louis Cardinals.
