Actively involved in the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and the California Association of Community Managers (CACM), David stays at the forefront of industry advancements and best practices.

In 2023, David was honored with CAI’s prestigious Business Partner of the Year award, recognizing his outstanding contributions to the community association industry. In 2024, he achieved the Certified Community Industry Professional (CCIP) designation from CACM, further solidifying his reputation for expertise and leadership.

David also serves on the Board of Directors for his own HOA, offering a unique perspective that combines both personal and professional insights.
