Director of Pre-Construction

Dan has over 30 years’ experience running large HOA construction, roofing and post-litigation projects.  Dan leads and mentors our project team, infusing invaluable knowledge and pragmatic approaches to each project.  He has helped many HOA’s with water intrusion investigations, depositions and expert testimonials.  Dan enjoys problem solving and tackling the challenging aspects of construction.  Strategic and resourceful, Dan’s passion and talent for coaching shines through both on and off the field.  Dan is part of the Bay Valley Athletic League where he is the head coach for Liberty High football and baseball.
