Carlo Baldacchino joins the CM² team as a Construction Consultant. Carlo’s vast knowledge as a California licensed General Contractor and 16 years in the HOA construction industry, provides us the vital experience needed to expand our Northern California operations. His extensive experience in construction and construction management creates an opportunity to help us with our forensics and design-build divisions, scope of repair reporting and development, cost estimating and project management.  His expansive construction background will be an asset to our growing team and footprint in the California market. Carlo received his degree from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, with a B.S. degree in Industrial Technology with a minor in Construction Management.
