With an extensive background in the HOA construction industry, Abran brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his current position. His exceptional skills in litigation support, mediation, inspection and investigative testing, construction analysis, scope of repairs determination, cost estimating, settlement sufficiency analysis, and construction management are consistently demonstrated. Abran is a licensed General Building Contractor in the state of California, a Certified Professional Estimator with the American Society of Professional Estimators (ASPE CPE), holds certifications in Commercial Building Inspection from the International Code Council (ICC), and Construction Safety & Health from Cal/OSHA. With his comprehensive knowledge, diverse skill set, and dedication to professional development, Abran consistently delivers outstanding results for CM Squared's clients.
