Abran Gonzalez is a licensed professional who joined CM2 & Associates, Architectural Design and Consulting, in 2020. With over 20 years of experience in the HOA construction industry, he brings extensive expertise in litigation support, mediation, construction management, construction analysis, estimating, turnkey design-builds, and architectural design and consulting. His technical proficiency in specifications and repair scopes continues to support the successful delivery of complex projects.

Abran is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Architecture at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco and previously studied Architecture at West Valley College. He also holds an A.S. degree in Fire Science with honors from Mission College in Santa Clara, CA. He is a licensed General Building Contractor (B) and Roofing Contractor (C-39) in California, a Certified Professional Estimator (ASPE CPE), and holds certifications in Commercial Building Inspection (ICC) and Construction Safety & Health (Cal/OSHA).
